2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in CDL training.
Enrollment may require valid identification, proof of eligibility to drive, and compliance with all applicable federal and state Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
3. Services Provided
We provide CDL training and related educational services. Training does not guarantee passing exams, employment, or licensure. Results vary based on individual effort, compliance, and state licensing requirements.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are due as outlined in your enrollment agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted once training begins, except as required by law.
CDL Master Training reserves the right to withhold certificates, records, or transcripts if balances remain unpaid.
5. Student Conduct
Students must follow all safety rules, instructor directions, and company policies.
Drug use, alcohol use, disruptive or unsafe behavior, or violation of state/federal regulations will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
CDL Master Training is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or delay caused by your participation in training.
You agree to hold harmless CDL Master Training, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
7. Privacy & Data
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, handouts, videos, and training guides are the property of CDL Master Training and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written consent.
9. Termination of Services
CDL Master Training reserves the right to refuse service, cancel enrollment, or terminate training for non-compliance with these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Osceola or Polk County, Florida.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
